Isolate

Targeted exercises are used to isolate specific muscles until they fatigue. KX exercises are more functional as they use a combination of classic Pilates exercises and resistance and circuit training to focus on specific muscle groups, whilst challenging the core the whole time.

Fatigue

Fatigue stimulates the biggest amount of muscle fibres and creates the greatest metabolic response, encouraging increased muscle strength and endurance. With higher repetitions, endurance is challenged further. This achieves muscle definition very quickly!

Stretching

Stretching improves flexibility - the range of motion around a joint - and is most beneficial after exercising when muscles are both fatigued and warm. It helps to relax and balance tension on the muscles that have just been exercised.
